For rapid prototyping, we can develop custom material samples in just 3 to 5 days, allowing overseas procurement managers and landscape architects to verify texture, color, and fit before committing to mass production.

We implement a zero-defect quality control process across the entire production cycle. Our specialized quality assurance team conducts random on-line inspections at every manufacturing step, from raw material receiving to welding and painting. Before packing and shipping, our QC specialists perform a 100% complete pre-assembly and full inspection of the finished parts to guarantee that every component aligns perfectly. All products are fully certified under stringent international safety standards, including EU EN1176 and ASTM1487, backed by complete TUV SUD product testing and IQNET-accredited quality management system certifications.
